Requirements for Testing
  1. Obtain approval of your instructor and attendance record prior to registration.
  2. Fill out a testing application and pay the fee according to your belt rank. The program price does not include the testing fee.
  3. Red belt candidates: Attach teaching credits to your application.
  4. Black belt candidates: Request the black belt application package at least one month before testing.
  5. Be on time wearing a clean white uniform with a studio patch.
  6. Sparring equipment is mandatory. Students breaking boards or bricks must provide their own.
  7. The studio reserves the right to refuse testing to students delinquent in payments or whose memberships have expired.
